Donna Hulbert is originally from Shelton, CT, and moved to Florida to attend college. She started her college career at Flagler College in St. Augustine and transferred to USF in Tampa to finish. Donna started her teaching career in Pinellas County, Florida in 1984, and 25 years focused in on the needs of special education. Donna has held various roles at the school level and then the district level and her experiences gave me opportunities to work with numerous leaders in our district which motivated me to earn my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. Donna was able to transfer to Enterprise Charter High School in 2010 and have been the Director since that time and has been able to turn this school around to one that had low enrollment to waiting lists each year, not attaining any goals to attaining most, graduating more on-time graduates than ever before and becoming independent of any management company. Donna absolutely loves her job and look forward to a bright future that includes purchasing and building out a school designed for our needs in the next year.
