Wendall Garth is the Director of Operations & IHS-West Campus in Parma Heights, Ohio. Mr. Garth earned his Bachelor’s degree from Central State University in Wilberforce, OH. He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasent, MI and a MBA from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD. He is currently a doctoral candidate at Morgan State University’s School of Education and Urban Studies. He is licensed by the Ohio Department of Education as a Principal (pre-k – 12), Superintendent, Business Manager, and School Treasurer. He began at IHS in July 2018, bringing 8 years of work experience in education. Mr. Garth believes that education should be accessible to all members of our community and that sharing ideas among educators aids all of us in identifying the best practices to help increase educational access and remove barriers to education among all members of our communities. In addition to working with Invictus, he also served part-time as an adult educator who supervised and educated via a GED program for inmates. He is currently an elected school board member of a public school district in Ohio.
