Tonya Dumas

Tonya Marie Dumas is the Director of Student and Employee Engagement and the Director of Invictus High School East Campus. Invictus High School is a credit recovery school with the mission of educating, empowering, and supporting students between 16–21 years old in the Cleveland area. Working with and educating high risk youth has been a career long passion. Prior to IHS, she worked in special education as an Intervention Specialist.

Ms. Dumas earned her master’s degree in Education as an Intervention Specialist from Kent State University. She received her Principal License from Cleveland State University and is a Licensed Social Worker. She has served IHS for four years in addition to having several years of experience in education working in alternative educational settings.
