Shiamorra Green

Shiamorra Green is the Graduation Coach at McClarin Success Academy. Her educational background consists of a master’s in Science Education and Professional School Counseling with specialized certifications in Special Education, Reading, Instructional Coaching, and Dropout Prevention. Since 2007, Mrs. Green has worked as an educational leader in secondary Title I schools to support positive progress through developing and facilitating data-driven school-wide initiatives geared toward early intervention with at-risk youth. Overall, she specializes in utilizing innovative strategies to serve the individualized needs of students and families to aide in dropout prevention.
