Dr. Rimes holds a MEd in Biology along with an EdS and PhD in School Administration and Leadership. Throughout his educational career Dr. Rimes has served in only Title I schools. Dr. Rimes has been instrumental in moving school organizations forward by increasing graduation rates and improving the overall school environment and experiences for students, teachers, and parents. Dr. Rimes truly believes in a “Students First” approach and that a strong emphasis must be put on building relationships within the school setting.
