Dr. Ralphel Holloman, Sr. has been employed by Vance County Schools; Henderson, NC for the past ten years and he is presently the Youth Empowerment. He is also the district School Safety and Hearing Officer. He earned his bachelor’s at Saint Augustine’s University, Raleigh, NC in Organizational Management. For the past thirty eight years he has been an ordained minister and furthered his education with a Master’s and Doctorate in Pastoral & Biblical Counseling. His passion is working with At-Risk children.
