Dr. Raashad Fitzpatrick has served in public education for nearly 20 years. He is currently principal at Gaffney High School. He has been a college football coach, teacher, assistant principal, middle school principal, and high school principal. He is dedicated and determined to help all students succeed. His dissertation focused on the impact of early literacy and discipline sanctions on black male high school graduation. He integrates his 3 Ps (Pride, Passion, and Purpose) into all he does.
