Osborne Gardener IV is the Attendance Retention Specialist and Assistant EMIS Coordinator for Invictus High School’s West Campus in Parma Heights, Ohio. He is also currently the Lead Varsity Assistant basketball coach at Strongsville High School.   Osborne earned his Associate Degree from Lakeland Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree from California University of Pennsylvania. During his college years, Osborne obtained several awards including NJCAA Offensive MVP (2003 & 2005) and NJCAA Defensive MVP (2007).  After graduating, he ventured into NBA tryouts with the Milwaukee Bucks and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Osborne is a veteran of the US Air Force. He served for seven years with two deployments to Afghanistan. Osborne was a Flying Crew Chief on Tactical Aircraft that supported combat training and missions. He completed two years as a reservist trainer as well.  Since joining the Invictus team in 2018, Osborne has focused on student retention efforts and actively pursues strategies that serve our student population more effectively.
