Kelley Greene is an accomplished, Health and Wellness ProfessionalIn 2000, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance (Fitness Management Concentration) from The University of Tennessee at Martin. In 2004, she received a Master of Science in Health and Human Studies (Physical Education Teacher Education Concentration) from the University of Memphis. For the past twenty years, Kelley has worked in progressive roles in the health and wellness industry. She began her career as an exercise physiologist for Baptist Memorial Hospital. That foundation led her to the classroom, coaching, school health and then, designing a system-wide Health and Physical Education Curriculum for Shelby County Schools. She is now an Advisor in the Health, Physical Education and Lifetime Wellness Department. Kelley has a strong history of community involvement. She currently serves as Membership Chair and Advocacy Committee Member with the Tennessee Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (TAHPERD) Board, which is the State Organization for Health and Physical Education. Locally, she serves as a Health and Wellness advisor to a women’s empowerment network called WEN-WEN. Her time spent at the University of Memphis helped provide a strong foundation for her success. She is married to Emmanuel Greene and has two daughters, Madison and Amanda. In her spare time, she can be found singing and writing songs.
