Eliana Ayala

Eliana Ayala provides registration/enrollment assistance to all Shelby County Schools and parents.  Eliana is a native Memphian and has worked with Shelby County Schools for over 21 years.  During the first fourteen years, Eliana worked for the ESL department as a bilingual mentor. She was later promoted to the Welcome Center where she assisted not only with bilingual families but also supported Shelby County families with various needs.  Eliana also assists with training various school staff with the necessary tools to improve enrollment.
