Dr. Lateshia Woodley is the Principal at McClarin Success Academy. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s in business, master’s and doctorate degrees in counseling psychology, and a specialist degree in educational leadership. Since 2008, Dr. Woodley has worked as a turnaround leader to help bring about positive changes in some of the lowest performing schools in Georgia. She specializes in working with at-risk students and turnaround school transformation initiatives.
