Dominique Cash currently serves as a Truancy Attendance Teacher for the Shelby County School District in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, she is responsible for enforcing the compulsory attendance law by investigating the causes of the truancy, completing evaluations, providing interventions, and making in house and outside referrals to school departments and social service agencies that can provide assistance when needed. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Education.
