Charlene Hampton

Dr. Charlene Hampton has educated, motivated, and supported students for over 30 years as a teacher, assistant principal, graduation coach, and principal. She has worked extensively with Communities In Schools and Job Training Partnership Act youth programs designed to help students complete high school and develop necessary skills to secure and maintain employment. Currently, she is the project director for the GEAR Grant, a High School Graduation Initiative through the U.S. Department of Education.
