The NDPC offers a variety of third-party evaluations for educational programs, located in schools, districts, community-based organizations, or in higher education institutions. This service is offered on a contract basis. Fees are determined by the services provided.
Specialized evaluations have been conducted on early childhood education, mentoring programs, discipline-based schools, truancy programs, career-based programs, and alternative schools at middle and high school levels.
The NDPC also conducts customized Program Assessment and Review (PAR) of school and school district dropout prevention efforts. These reviews result in the identification of strengths and weaknesses of a school’s or school district’s dropout prevention efforts, and provides recommendations for program improvement for local leaders to consider in their planning efforts. The NPDC potentially will assist the district or school in developing action plans for improvement.
