Richard Bishop

Mr. Rick Bishop, Data Analyst, is a proud undergraduate (BS in Education), and graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, May 1983. He is a former member of the Missouri Tigers Football team and has been in education related services for 40 years. He began his career in the classroom as an instructor of Jr. High Math and Science at a private school in Kansas City. He also served as athletic director this school and another 8 years at another private Kansas City area private school. Following this service, Mr. Bishop has joined the staff at Rockhurst High School, where he served as data services team member. Here Mr. Bishop became deeply involved with newly developing area of electronic student information systems in schools. His experience in the area leads him to join companies in the sales, distribution, training and implementation of student information systems throughout the United States and North America. In 2013, Mr. Bishop joined the Kansas City Public School District as a Student Information Product Specialist, coordinating the district’s system. This included duties in data review and presentations for business information analysis. Growing in the Business Intelligence areas, he joined forces with Major Stevie Brooks in the Attendance and Retention area, specifically, as the data analyst and strategic planning partner.
