Kelly Mignogna has been a teacher with the Penn Cambria School District for 3 years. She attended Duquesne University, where she received a Bachelor’s in elementary education, and a Master’s degree in Reading and Language Arts and Education Administration. She has served as a Title I reading specialist in both urban and rural school districts. She strives to help students grow academically, emotionally, and socially.
