Dr. Judith Ann Pauley and her husband Joseph Pauley are renowned career educators and professors at Cal State University San Marcos with more than 60 years of combined experience in education at the secondary, college, and graduate levels. Through their in-demand consultancy, Process Communications, Inc., the Pauleys have dedicated themselves to the development and sharing of proven strategies to motivate students at all levels, especially hard-to-reach and at-risk students. Recognized three times as science teacher of the year, Judith Ann has instructed students in chemistry, physics, computer science and mathematics. A Navy veteran who served in the Korean War, Joseph Pauley has taught Chinese and Chinese history, in addition to English, American history, and English as a second language.
