Carol Alexander has worked in the field of Education for 34 years. Her entire tenure has been with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. She has served as a language arts/English teacher, social studies teacher, dean of student services, and school counselor. She earned an undergraduate degree in English Education from Tuskegee Institute and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Arts degree in School Administration from Gardner Webb University.
