Nicole Duplain currently serves as a Graduation/eLearning Coach at Nansemond River High School in Suffolk, Virginia where she assists with ensuring the schools on-time graduation rate, prevents and recovers dropouts, and oversees the virtual learning platforms for the high school and two feeder middle schools. She has worked in education for the past 10 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science at Longwood University in 2008 and Master of Science in Education Leadership at Old Dominion University in 2016. Mrs. Duplain is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership at Old Dominion University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their four fur babies.
