Kris Flaven is a science teacher with Hope High School Online and Blueprint Education. She has been teaching for over 14 years. She received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and her master’s from Northern Arizona University. She has spent her entire teaching career teaching in some of the most challenging areas and schools of Phoenix, including four years on the Gila River Indian Reservation. She has a passion for teaching and learning. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, music, photography and spending time with her husband, 4 children and 2 dogs.
